Lakeside Cabins Terms and Conditions
Lakeside Cabins Policies:
All reservations require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total reservation, due upon booking. Final payment is due no later than 14 days before your reservation check-in. It will be the sole responsibility of the individual booking the reservation for all charges related to the booking. Check-in time is 3pm or later and check-out time is 10am. If you arrive earlier then the scheduled check-in time and your cabin is ready, you may check in at no additional cost.
Each cabin’s rates are based on a double occupancy, each additional adult is $25.00, children 17 and under are no charge. There is a minimum of three nights stay for the following holidays: New Year, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Columbus Day, and Christmas.
Cabins are non-smoking units, you are permitted to smoke outside. All cigarette butts need to be properly disposed of in the sand cans located on the porch.
We reserve the right to charge for any damaged you or a guest in your party causes during your stay. Such charges will be the sole responsibility of the person booking the reservation.
Lakeside Cabins Cancellation Policy:
Deposits will be refunded for all cancellations made 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, less a $20.00 fee. Any cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled reservation will be charged the rate of one night stay, plus a $10 fee unless you choose to apply your deposit to a future stay. Said stay must be reserved within 24 hours of cancellation.
Dogs only. There is a $10.00 additional per night fee. We reserve the right to charge for damages caused by your pet. Pets must be on a leash or on a run at all times. All dog waste must be cleaned up.
